Welcome Parents!

You have entrusted your school district with your child’s education, but now is the time to partner with your school district.

Here are ways to get involved:

• Know your school. Do your homework by visiting your school district website and know the policies and education requirements which impact your child. Visit the Oregon Department of Education website to see policies your school district must follow.
• Attend a school board meeting.
• Ask your child about their day at school and what they learned. Kids have long days at school and sometimes forget to tell you about important things they have experienced.
• Regularly check on our resource page as we gather more tools to equip you.
